Establishing social communities for Bagus in Indonesia
Bagus Group didn’t have social media presence before engaging RHAD. Together with the business owner, we determined campaign goals and business objectives, developed a content type matrix and managed end-to-end from conceptualization to timely content creation and postings. Content-type created includes static and animated visuals, videos, contest/quiz/trivia development, user-generated content curation and testimonials.

We responded to comments and private messages with daily monitoring and reporting and assisted with simple enquiries through SOP. Urgent and complex queries were flagged out daily. We also compiled monthly reports reflecting the progress of the campaign objectives and performance analysis.
