Our Impact

Together with them, we developed monthly content strategy and calendar for their Singapore Facebook and Instagram page and created content type that includes static and animated visuals, videos, interviews, user-generated content curation and testimonials. We were able to increase their Facebook followers from 16,727 to 28,102 in 9 months.

The Challenge

Our Solution

We helped to monitor their Singapore Facebook inbox daily and respond to comments and private messages through SOP developed with the client, urgent and complex enquiries were flagged out to them on a timely basis. Monthly report that highlight the media performance analysis were sent to the client every month.

Consistent mix of content type that includes static and animated visuals, videos, interviews, user-generated content curation and testimonials helped us increase the follower base by 68% on Facebook and 30% on Instagram.
